Military Operation in Libya Condemned in Russia

| Moscow, March 24 (KCNA) -- The director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences recently denounced the military operation kicked off by the U.S. and the West against Libya. The UN Security Council Resolution 1973 stipulates only the imposing of no-fly zone over Libya, he said, adding that massive bombing on Libya shows that the West-led coalition forces pursue another purpose, the regime change in Libya. |
