At the rally speakers charged that the coastal logistic support drill kicked off by the warlike forces is one for preemptive attack of aggressive nature.

They noted that the U.S. is talking about dialogue in public but it is instigating the south Korean authorities to kick up madcap war exercises for aggression in a desperate bid to ignite a war on the Korean Peninsula at any cost.

Pointing out that peace and reunification cannot be achieved through war but only through the implementation of the south-north joint declarations, they declared that they would stage a dynamic struggle against the war maneuvers.
