Giving Importance to Education in Revolutionary Tradition Called for in China

Beijing, March 26 (KCNA) -- Liu Yandong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and state councilor, underscored the need to intensify the education in the revolutionary tradition during her recent tour of different regions including Zuoquan County, Shanxi Province.

She stressed the need to let the people know well about the shining history of the party and conduct the education in the revolutionary tradition in an effort to promote the development of education, science and technology and culture in the revolutionary bases on the occasion of the 90th birth anniversary of the party.

She underlined the need for the schools at all levels to include the education in the party history in teaching materials and lectures so that the youth and children may have firm faith and conviction of the leadership of the party and the socialist system.
