Present there from the DPRK side were the members of the military delegation led by Pak Jae Gyong, vice-minister of the People's Armed Forces, and the DPRK ambassador to Cambodia and from the Cambodian side the advisor to the minister of Defense and the director general for policies and foreign relations and other officials of the ministry.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the issue of further developing the friendly relations between the armies of the two countries and other issues of mutual concern.
