In a press conference called by them outside the building of the Seoul Central District Court, speakers pointed out that the court resumed the trial of the case that day.

The trial suspended in late November 2009 when an illegal wiretapping by the Intelligence Service under the "law on protection of communication information" was disclosed during trial of members of the headquarters, they noted.

Later, the constitutional court made a ruling that the law is in contravention of the constitution and counseled its amendment. Nevertheless, the district court resumed the trial for no ground, they charged.
