It was disclosed on March 25 by media that the Defence Security Command conducted an investigation in secret after taking over the list of members of the economic academic organization of university students from the Police Agency, the commentary noted.

In particular, the command is seeking to charge the former chairman of the organization with another offense while calling to task his past activities including involvement in the protest against the U.S. beef import, it pointed out.

The commentary demanded a prompt halt to the coercive investigation by the command reminding one of the period of the military dictatorial regime.
