Innocent Inhabitant Punished in S. Korea

Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- The prosecution of south Korea Monday demanded five years' imprisonment for an inhabitant, who praised the DPRK, on the charge of violation of the "National Security Law", according to south Korea's Yonhap News.

In the final trial at the Suwon District Court that day, the prosecution branded as "enemy-benefiting deed" the fact that the inhabitant posted an article analyzing the Yonphyong Island shelling incident on Internet website.

In June 2010 he was sentenced to one year in prison with a two-year stay of execution on the charge that he posted an article praising the DPRK on Internet website.
