| Havana, March 29 (KCNA) -- Raul Castro, president of the Council of State of Cuba, said about the country's economic mode on Mar. 25. Reiterating Cuba "will not return to capitalism and neo-colonialism," he said the updated model will primarily be based on "a planned economy rather than a market economy." |
