We are convinced that the world conference on the Juche idea will mark a historic event in the 21st century.

Everyone looks up to the progress, prosperity and great development made in the DPRK and admires at the seasoned leadership of you who have turned it into a bulwark of socialism despite manifold hardships and trials.

We hope that Korea will enjoy greater glory under your wise leadership.

All the participants in the seminar have keenly felt it is due to your sincere efforts that the Juche idea and the Songun policy have been spread over to various parts of the world.
