S. Korea's War Hysteria Aims at Preempting Attack on DPRK

| Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- The 8th Corps of the south Korean puppet army announced that it would stage large-scale military exercises in the area of Kangwon Province of south Korea on April 4 and 5, according to south Korean Yonhap News. The warmongers are mulling staging the military exercises with all the armed forces under the corps involved, openly blustering that they are aimed at establishing the coordinated combat preparation posture with civilians, administrative officials and police to cope with the "provocations" by someone. Their war hysteria aimed at mounting a preemptive attack on the DPRK is rendering the situation on the Korean Peninsula unpredictably tense. |
