In particular the plan makes the authority of the commander of the Marine Corps reach even the three services, the commentary said, adding: This shows the intention to keep the West Sea of Korea as waters of dispute.

The plan is for a war as it allots the role of the south Korean army according to the commanding system of the U.S. forces with main stress put on the alliance with the U.S., it charged.

The commentary held that the reckless plan should be repealed at once as it is aimed to ignite a war on the Korean Peninsula.
