China Puts Efforts on Work of Memorizing Martyrs

Beijing, April 4 (KCNA) -- China is directing efforts into building facilities in commemoration of martyrs and their preservation.

A meeting on this work was recently held in Xuzhou of Jiangxi Province at which the need to hold fast to this work was stressed.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance earlier sent a notice on this work and arranged relevant work.

There are martyrs' cemeteries in more than one million places and over 7,000 martyrs memorial facilities in China.
