Present there were personages of political parties and organizations and popular masses of those countries. They included the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), the National Democratic Party of Nepal, the Nepali national preparatory committee for commemorating the Day of the Sun and February 16, the Nepal-Korea Friendship Association, the Nepal Institute for the Juche Studies, the Nepalese Association for Supporting the Songun Politics and the French Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Songun Idea.

At the seminar in Nepal speakers eulogized the feats performed by Kim Il Sung in liberating Korea and winning the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War. They said with high appreciation that he is the great man none of the statesmen in the world can match.

Jean Marie Lambret, chief of the French Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Songun Idea, said: The Korean people call their country Kim Il Sung's Korea and their nation Kim Il Sung's nation because his feats are so great and immortal.

Messages to leader Kim Jong Il were adopted at the seminars.
