The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism carried in the 54th issue of its bulletin an article titled "Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il and the Invincible Korean People's Army".

The bulletin said that his election as NDC chairman marked an important occasion in fully demonstrating the KPA as an invincible army.

It noted with high appreciation that he increased in every way the KPA's might in military technique and directed primary efforts to the development of the defence industry.

The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea carried in the 74th issue of its bulletin an article titled "Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il and the Invincible Power" which said: Socialist Korea has fully displayed its might as an invincible power under the leadership of Kim Jong Il over the past 18 years.

The bulletin noted that penetrating deep into the rapidly-changing world political situation, he has cemented the politico-ideological position of the country as firm as a rock and built the whole country into an impregnable fortress under the banner of the Juche idea and the Songun idea.
