They included meeting, seminar, film show, photo exhibition and DPRK book, photo and fine art exhibitions held in Mongolia, Ethiopia and Bulgaria.

Displayed in the venues of the events were works of the President and Kim Jong Il, books and photos introducing the feats performed by the three commanders of Mt. Paektu and photos and fine art pieces on the Korean people's successes made in the efforts to build a socialist thriving nation.

The chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of the Mongolian College of Culture said that the Juche Idea founded by Kim Il Sung is the great idea which occupies the most brilliant page in the history of human thought, adding that the Korean people have won only victories under the banner of the Juche Idea.

He praised the Korean people for having augmented the power of the country and achieved great successes in the efforts to build a thriving nation under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The manager of the Sofia City Cultural Center of Bulgaria said that he was pleased to have an opportunity to know better about the great achievements made by the Korean people on the road chosen by themselves and in their work for social progress.

The participants of the film shows watched such DPRK films as "The Country Shining Thanks to Arms of Mt. Paektu", "The Tower of the Juche Idea" and "Mt. Kuwol, Scenic Spot on the West Coast."
