Jean-Francois Mancel, member of the National Assembly under the People's Movement Union of France, and his party arrived here on the same day as guest of honor of the 27th April Spring Friendship Art Festival.

They included the Moscow Classical Ballet of Russia, the Famous Artistes from Moscow Grand Theater of Russia, the Merited Artist Varvara and Ensemble "Oberg" of Russia, the Circus of State Acrobatic Company of Russia, the Nikulin Moscow Circus of Moscow, German Soloists of Creusen Concert, the Folk Art Troupe "Izvor De Valcea" of Romania, the Famous Group of the Famous Artists from State Symphony Orchestra of Mongolia, the Soloists of "Orfei" Group from the Sophia Opera Theater of Bulgaria, the Soloists Ensemble "Classic Avantguard" of Belorus, musicians of Finland, the guitar trio of Cuba and the Vienna Wind Players of Austria.

Earlier arrivals included the Chamber Orchestra Alberic Magnard of France, the Dance Troupe of Kiev Dance Theater of Ukraine and the "Step-Class" Dance Troupe of Ukraine.
