Looking up to the portrait of the smiling President, the participants expressed their determination to hold the President in high esteem as the sun of Juche generation after generation and become the first-line guard detachment and the first-line death-defying corps safeguarding the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

They underscored the need to emerge young heroes making a breakthrough in the drive for building a thriving nation including light industry, agriculture and the four pilot sectors of the national economy.

They called for thoroughly establishing the traits of attaching importance to the military affairs, firmly defending the socialist country and consolidating the army-people great unity.
