That day the Jeju District Court issued a warrant of arrest for Yang Yun Mo, a member of the organization who protested against the military authorities' scheme to build a naval base in Kangjong village in Jeju Island, the statement pointed out.

The real criminal is those pushing ahead with the project for Jeju naval base, it said.

We will surely check at any cost the base project which destroys the village and imposes sufferings on the inhabitants of Jeju Island, it stressed.

The statement declared that the organization would punish the judicial authorities reduced to a waiting maid of the "government" and struggle for the release of Yang.
