They included a seminar on the exploits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and a book and photo exhibition in Italy, a seminar in Nigeria and a film show in Ethiopia.

On display in the venue of the exhibition were works of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and books and photos introducing the Korean people in their struggle for building a thriving nation and achieving national reunification.

The director of the International Department of the Communist Party of Italy said that successes made in the DPRK have instilled great confidence and courage into the world people struggling for justice and progress.

He noted that the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people are winning one victory after another in the confrontation with the imperialists under the uplifted banner of socialism, the director added that this is thanks to the Juche idea founded by the President and the solid foundation of the self-supporting national economy provided by him and the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The chairman of the Nigerian Group for Self-Reliance Studies stressed that the Juche idea is the one of setting store by a country and nation and a great guiding idea in the present era clearly indicating the way of dynamically advancing the human cause of independence.
