The International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions on April 2 posted on its Internet homepage an article titled "Juche-oriented way of settling all national issues" with a photo showing the President conducting external activities.

The article said the President made it clear that the national issue is, in essence, one of achieving and protecting the independence of the nation.

On the same day the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea posted on its Internet homepage an article praising Kim Jong Il for having wisely led the army and people of the DPRK with his original Songun politics.

The article noted: The Finnish followers of the Juche idea extend full support to Kim Jong Il's Songun politics and express belief that the Korean people will register great achievements in building a thriving socialist nation and achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.

The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea on March 31 posted on its Internet homepage an article titled "NDC Chairman Kim Jong Il and Invincible Korean People's Army".
