Kamwiziku Octave, secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, in a statement on Apr. 4 said that Kim Il Sung is the benefactor of all people as he embarked on the road of revolution in his early years, founded the Juche idea and put forward the working popular masses as the driving forces of history.

He is not only the great master in ideology and theory but also the invincible and iron-willed commander and the benevolent father of all people, the statement said, expressing the will to intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea.

The organizational secretary of the Struggle for the Peace and Socialism of Italy in a statement on March 31 praised Kim Il Sung as the eternal president of the DPRK and an elder statesman of the world who made undying contribution to the human cause of independence. The statement highly appreciated the feats he performed in building the party, army and state.
