Present at the meeting were Vishwanath, secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council and director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, Directors of the Council Johnny Hon, chairman of the International Kim Il Sung Foundation, Alberto Anaya Gutierrez, coordinator of the National Coordinating Committee of the Workers' Party of Mexico, and others.

The meeting reviewed the work done by the council and set forth the orientation to improve its activities.

It discussed a concrete plan to greet 2012, the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung, as the greatest holiday of humankind.

New directors of the council were elected to fill up the vacancies.

A letter to General Secretary Kim Jong Il was adopted at the meeting.
