Laid before the statue of the President was a floral basket in the joint name of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, the Central Military Commission of the WPK, the DPRK National Defence Commission, the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly and the DPRK Cabinet.

The participants paid high tribute to the President, looking up to his statue.

They paid homage in humble reverence to the President who performed the great immortal feats before the era, the revolution, the country and its people through his energetic ideological and theoretical activities and great revolutionary practices.

Anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters, service persons of the Korean People's Army and working people from all walks of life also visited the memorial palace on the same day.

Homage was also paid by the diplomatic corps and the military attaches corps here, Vishwanath, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea and secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council, delegations and delegates of Juche idea study organizations of various countries and regions, foreign personages who participated in the consultative meeting of senior officials of the international preparatory committee for commemorating the centenary of birth of the President, the delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, the delegation of Koreans in Japan, foreign guests and overseas compatriots.
