Present at the talks from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Ministry of People's Security headed by Minister Ri Myong Su and from the Vietnamese side members of the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security headed by Minister Le Hong Anh, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Nguyen Dinh Duong, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Vietnamese embassy here.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the matter of boosting exchange and cooperation between the securities organs of the two countries and issues of mutual concern.
