Russia to Establish Moscow Antiaircraft Defense System

| Moscow, April 14 (KCNA) -- Russia plans to establish Moscow antiaircraft defense system by S-400 air defence systems in about 2016. The plan helps defend Moscow from air attack, said the commander of the Aerospace Defense Operation Strategic Command of Russia recently. |
