Kim Yong Nam Greets Syrian President

| Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Saturday sent a message of greetings to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the independence of Syria. The message wished the President and people of Syria greater success in their efforts to retake the occupied Golan Heights and achieve a fair and comprehensive settlement of the Mideast issue and the development and modernization of the country. |
