On display in the venues of the events were photos on immortal exploits of the President and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and books and photos on the vitality of the Songun politics.

The minister of Social Welfare of the Sind State Government of Pakistan and the chairman of the Society for the Study of Self-Reliance of Pakistan said that the President's exploits would be always remembered by progressive mankind, adding that as long as the Korean people are led by Kim Jong Il, they are sure to emerge victorious in their just cause.

The chairman of the Egyptian Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea highly lauded the President for establishing a socialist system centered on the popular masses in the DPRK and fully supporting the just cause of the Arabian people for building a new society.

The chairman of the Indian Society for the Study of Works of Kim Jong Il praised the President as a people's benevolent father who devoted his all to the people's happiness all his life, adding that he provided field guidance for the people's happiness till the last moments of his life.

A message to Kim Jong Il was adopted at an event in Pakistan.
