Present there were Raul Castro, president of the Council of State and president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, and senior party and state officials and people from all walks of life.

Columns of all services and arms and subunits of the revolutionary armed forces and columns of military academies at all levels marched through. And different kinds of armors, multiple launch rockets, SPGs and missiles passed the plaza and fighters and military copters flied.

There was mass demonstration after the military parade.
