The festival, sponsored by the C.C., the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea, is to be held in such forms as presentation of papers on scientific and technical achievements, exhibition of products, lecture on science and technology and swap and introduction of new technologies.

Attending it will be scientists, technicians, workers and officials selected at local sci-technological festivals.
