The chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru said in his statement that Kim Il Sung was a legendary hero of mankind as he liberated the country and the nation from the Japanese imperialists' colonial yoke, won in the Korean war, provoked by the U.S. imperialists, and laid the foundation for a thriving socialist nation in Korea.

The President always lives in the hearts of the Korean people for his great feats and the world people boundlessly revere him, the chairman added.

The chairman of the Finland-Korea Society in a statement said that Kim Il Sung, eternal leader of the DPRK, was a prominent thinker-theoretician and the greatest statesman.

His revolutionary life and exploits for happiness of the country and the nation and independence carry the rare wisdom, great attraction and noble personality that could be possessed only by him, the statement said.

His undying ideo-theoretical exploits greatly encourage the struggle of the world progressives and display big influence, it added.
