Ltd. of Russia, the chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and personages of the Nepali National Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the Day of the Sun and February 16, the Nepal-Korea Friendship Association, the Nepal Journalist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Politics, the Forum of National Press Club of Nepal for the Study of Songun Politics and the Nepalese Association for Supporting the Songun Politics.

They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the full-length portraits of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il standing together and made bows.
