The bulletin in an article titled "Kim Il Sung and His Immortal Contribution to Global Independence" said that Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea, is the pioneer and guide of global independence. It told about the fact that he rendered material and mental assistance to other countries and nations in building a new society.

His energetic leadership made it possible to greet a new history of the movement for rebuilding socialism and ensure the continued progress of the movement for independence as a whole, it said.

In another article titled "The Day of the Sun in the DPRK" the bulletin stressed that the President was a legendary great man who glorified his whole life like the sun with his august name called the sun.

In an article titled "NDC Chairman Kim Jong Il and the Invincible Korean People's Army" the bulletin elaborated on the historic significance of his election as NDC chairman and on his leadership exploits.
