Policy of Discriminating against Handicapped Slammed in S. Korea

Pyongyang, April 24 (KCNA) -- The joint action group against the discrimination of handicapped in south Korea held a rally in Seoul on April 20, protesting the authorities' policy of discriminating against the handicapped.

At the rally speakers charged that the present "government" has not yet implemented its promise to adopt new policies for the sake of the handicapped.

We cannot but turn out in the action to terminate the authorities' policy of discrimination that inflicts sufferings on the handicapped and their families, they declared.
