The Pyongyang Cultural Center in Peru carried on its bulletin on April 15 a portrait of the smiling President and a portrait of General Secretary Kim Jong Il and articles titled "Korean People Remember Their Father", "The Proposal for Founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo," etc.

The bulletin said in an article titled "The 99th Birth Anniversary of Great President Kim Il Sung" that April 15 is an unforgettable day of historic significance.

Kim Il Sung was an indomitable revolutionary, iron-willed brilliant commander and a legendary hero, the article said, adding that he made a great contribution to socialism and global independence by leading the DPRK to victory.

The glorious history of the President as a great strategist, statesman and leader serves as a model of progressive mankind struggling for the development of their nations, it noted.

The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Cultural and Friendship carried a portrait of the smiling President and a portrait of Kim Jong Il and an article commemorating the birth anniversary of the President on its bulletin on April 12.

The bulletin introduced in detail the revolutionary history of the President who devoted his all to the country and the revolution and global independence.
