It said that the organization would hold rallies in Seoul and 14 other areas simultaneously on the occasion of May Day to realize wage hike and a total re-amendment to the "Law on Trade Unions" and judge the present regime for causing a sharp price rise and deteriorating the people's living.

It declared that it would hold a meeting to have the demands of the workers met and intensify information service and other actions with the anniversary of the May 18 Kwangju Popular Uprising as an occasion.

It discussed and decided on the issues including the work to organize part-time workers belonging to trade unions under it.
