The bulletin carried an article titled "Invincible KPA and Inside of U.S. Forces", which said:

The KPA is the matchless strong army.

President Kim Il Sung, founder of the KPA and gifted brilliant commander, advanced the Juche-based military idea.

Guided by this idea, he waged 15 years of armed struggle to defeat the Japanese imperialists and accomplished the historic cause of Korea's liberation.

In the 1950s he inflicted the first defeat in history on the U.S. imperialists, who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world, and honorably defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country.

Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il, who is creditably carrying forward the President's cause, has trained the KPA soldiers to be men of idea and faith fully armed with the Juche-based military idea.

The military strength of the DPRK is based on the powerful self-reliant defence industry.

The bulletin cited facts to prove that the U.S. forces are acting as if they were "apostle" of God in different parts of the world, talking about "spread of democracy", "defence of freedom", "anti-terrorism" and the like but their inside are characterized by vulnerability, corruption and barbarity.
