Rodong Sinmun says that the working people of the DPRK have recorded history with dignity under the guidance of the great leader and party.

President Kim Il Sung established a Juche-oriented viewpoint on the workers, farmers, intellectuals and other working people from the early days of the revolution and inspired them to take part in advancing the revolution and construction, the paper says, adding:

General Secretary Kim Jong Il is a great teacher and benefactor who has brought up all the working people to be ardent patriots and creators of heroic feats.

Thanks to the guidance of the great leaders, the workers, farmers and intellectuals of the DPRK have grown up to be genuine socialist workers true to the cause of the party and brought about epochal changes in building a thriving nation.

Every gain of the Korean revolution is associated with the blood and sweat shed by all the working people who have given play to the total dedication and popular heroism for the prosperity of the country.

The paper calls on all the working people to glorify the ongoing all-out advance for realizing the lifelong desire of the President with intense loyalty.

It also calls on them to tackle all projects in the revolutionary solider spirit, temperament and mettle with ardent patriotism and bring about leaping progress on all fronts upholding the WPK's idea of pushing back the frontiers of the latest science and technology.

It underlines the need for them to constantly strengthen the solidarity with the world progressive people aspiring after justice, peace and independence against imperialism in the future, too.

Minju Joson says that all the working people should conduct an all-out offensive and make breakthrough to realize the President's desire for a thriving nation and thus commemorate the centenary of birth of the President as the greatest holiday of Kim Il Sung's nation and a great auspicious holiday in human history.
