Present there from the WPK side were Secretary Kim Yong Il, Vice Department Director Ri Yong Chol and other officials of the WPK Central Committee and from the opposite side members of the delegation led by Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Party Supreme Council.

At the talks both sides informed each other of their party activities and exchanged views on the matter of further developing the relations between the two parties and on the issues of mutual concern.
