Belorussian President Accuses EU Attitude

| Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) -- Belorussian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in a recent press conference accused the EU of its approach toward the issue of eradicating the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster. Belarus suffered bigger damage than any other countries owing to the accident of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, he said, adding that his country will endure the misfortune by itself. Noting that EU does not want to see the revival of Belarus, he said: "No one helps us. We will not ask it for help". |
