Take part with sincerity in an international joint commemorations of 100-year history of Kim Il Sung's Korea to be held in Pyongyang on the Day of the Sun in 2012, meetings of awarding honorary titles and conveying gifts to the great persons of Mt. Paektu, visit to Mangyongdae where the President was born, TV joint stage praising his great life and immortal feats and exhibition of books and literary works in praise of the great persons of Mt. Paektu.

Organize preparatory committees for celebrations of the birthday of General Secretary Kim Jong Il who has creditably carried forward and developed the human cause of independence pioneered by the President and splendidly celebrate this day as an international grand festival.

Take active part in the preparatory work for a world conference for support to Korea's reunification to be held in Pyongyang in April 2012 and extend full support and solidarity to the Korean people in the struggle to strictly defend and implement the reunification proposals clarified by the President and the north-south joint declarations provided by Kim Jong Il.
