Iran Calls on UN to Stop Spread of Islamophobia

| Pyongyang, May 5 (KCNA) -- The deputy ambassador to the United Nations has called on the UN to take measures to counter the spread of Islamophobia. The spread of Islamophobia and insults against Islam will hurt the sentiments of Muslims and violate their basic rights, he said. All should respect different cultures and religions, he added. He also lambasted an American pastor for burning a copy of Quran. |
