The Lao paper Congtap Pasason Lao on April 25 carried a photo of leader Kim Jong Il inspecting a KPA unit and an article on the factor of invincibility of the KPA.

The article elaborated on the Juche-based military idea and strategy, source of invincible strength of the KPA, and its politico-ideological might, the army-people great unity and the tremendous military technological might of the KPA.

The Cambodian paper Pracheachon on April 24 carried a photo of Kim Jong Il watching KPA soldiers in training and an article praising the might of the invincible revolutionary army of Mt. Paektu.

The Vietnamese paper Quan Doi Nhan Dan on April 25 carried an article titled "Leader Kim Jong Il's view on armed forces" with a photo showing the KPA soldiers' spirit of annihilating the enemy.

Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il has the soldier-centered view on armed forces, the article said, adding that under his leadership the KPA has been fully prepared to reliably defend their country under any situation.
