The letter said:

The participants of the seminar keenly realized that President Kim Il Sung performed immortal feats for the victory of the popular masses' cause of independence against imperialism under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea all his life and General Secretary Kim Jong Il has made indefatigable efforts for global independence while frustrating all kinds of arbitrary practices and challenge of the imperialists.

The Juche idea serves as a great guiding idea and a great revolutionary doctrine to be held fast to in the struggle for foiling the high-handed and arbitrary practices of the imperialists and hegemonic forces and for achieving the independent development of the country and the nation and the victory of the cause of independence against imperialism.

The participants hardened the conviction that the popular masses can achieve the cause of independence against imperialism only when they dynamically advance under the banner of the Juche idea, the letter noted.

The letter evinced their determination to embody the Juche idea in conformity with the specific realities and actual conditions of their countries and thus make a positive contribution to accomplishing the cause of independence against imperialism, bearing deep in their mind the mission and responsibility of the times that they are the introducers and disseminators of the great idea in the future, too.
