The commentary noted that the GNP single-handedly railroaded a "motion on ratification of Free Trade Agreement" with the European Union through the "National Assembly" that day.

The GNP can never be pardoned as it still behaves arrogantly and arbitrarily instead of reflecting on its wrongs after being punished by the people in the by-election, it said.

We strongly protest against the railroading of the "motion" that will bring small tradesmen to bay and drive the stockbreeding suffering from foot-and-mouth diseases into tighter corner, the commentary said.
