July 30 Designated International Day of Friendship

| Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) -- The UN General Assembly on May 3 adopted a resolution proclaiming July 30 as the International Day of Friendship. "The relevance and importance of friendship is recognized as a noble and valuable sentiment in the lives of human beings around the world," the resolution said. |
