The statement strongly denounced the security forces for their fascist suppression of the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration on May 4.

The security forces are cracking down on the organization on charges of the violation of the "National Security Law" for the reason that it had contact with the north side for implementation of the south-north joint declarations in the past, the statement noted.

The harsh fascist suppression will never break the popular masses' aspiration and will for independence, democracy and reunification, and their spirit will further gain in strength, it said, adding:

We will wage a more vigorous struggle to have the present "government" resigned, the "Grand National Party" dissolved and the fascist mechanism abolished.
