CAD Applied to Garment Factories

| Pyongyang, May 11 (KCNA) -- A CAD (computer-aided design) program developed by Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry has been applied to the Aeguk Moran and other garment factories. The program produces different manikins in a three-dimensional way and design clothes suitable for them in a short time. It also chooses quality and color of materials and pattern and decoration of clothes. It reduces labor by half, while economizing materials. |
