The participants strongly denounced the U.S. for its military intervention as it killed many civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan and brought unspeakable sufferings to them.

A final declaration adopted at the seminar condemned the U.S. for not closing its naval base prison in Guantanamo but keeping their military bases in Latin America and other parts of the world.
