Lee Myung Bak's Anti-DPRK Remarks under Fire
Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak, while touring Germany recently, uttered wherever he went there that "nukes of the north are obstructive to reunification," urging "it to dismantle them." He cried out for the north's "apology" for the warship sinking and the Yonphyong Island shelling incident and even the "punishment" of it, justifying the anti-DPRK conspiratorial farces orchestrated in the past. He, at the same time, dared slander and attack the system in the DPRK, bringing to light his daydream of "emerging a victor" in the confrontation of the systems.

Rodong Sinmun Monday observes in a signed commentary in this regard: All what traitor uttered is nothing but reckless remarks which can be made only by a confrontation maniac.

His outbursts are a blatant challenge and deliberate provocation against the system in the DPRK and its supreme dignity and an intolerable mockery of all Koreans desirous of the improved north-south relations.

In a word, his German trip can be described as a junket of a traitor to chill the atmosphere of dialogue swimming against the trend of the times, evade the responsibility for driving the north-south relations into a total collapse and justify his treacherous "policy towards the north".

What is more intolerable is that he talked about the pull-down of the Berlin Wall and "unification" of Korea, obsessed by the wild ambition to escalate the confrontation of the systems. These were ridiculous jargons, indeed.

His reckless remarks clearly suggest that the conservative group remains unchanged even a bit in its policy of confrontation towards fellow countrymen and only seeks the confrontation of the systems and a war of aggression against the DPRK.

Lee Myung Bak will be held responsible for the consequences to be entailed by his light-headed behaviors and reckless remarks.
