US Beefs up Its Naval Force

| Pyongyang, May 17 (KCNA) -- The U.S. is putting spurs to the moves for increasing the naval force in a bid to intensify aggression and military intervention in other countries. "George H. W. Bush", Nimitz-class nuclear carrier, was formally commissioned on May 12. It will belong to the U.S. Fifth Fleet in charge of the Persian Gulfs and the Arabian Sea. It is reported that this brought the total number of the U.S. Navy aircraft carriers in operation to 11. |
